Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.  Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your BosunCloud's delivery from our dock to yours.  Please note that order fulfillment can take from 3-30 business days while we ramp up production of the business this year.  Thank you for your understanding!

Warranty & Guarantee

We take pride in the craftsmanship and comfort of every BosunCloud. If for any reason your experience isn't what you envisioned, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we'll gladly arrange a full refund.
